“I had a terrific learning experience in Plug’s class at Laughing Skull. Getting up on stage starting the first day was scary, however by the end of the six-week class it felt like second nature. Plug really knows his stuff and is always there to advise on one’s skits, even after the class has ended. His suggestions on what to add, subtract or change in your jokes are right on and really helpful for getting laughs. I highly recommend taking Plug’s class — he’s a real stand-up guy!”
David Butler
“I really enjoyed Plug’s comedy class at the Laughing Skull. I learned some valuable life lessons taking the 6 weeks. You really learn about yourself getting up on stage in front of people. The class has helped me in my normal day job to become more confident. It feels really difficult to get on stage and make people laugh, but very rewarding once you do it.”
Nate Rowland
“Kareem was an incredible teacher, a true pro that has done comedy all over the world. It’s an easy, laid-back environment where you feel free to try ideas and see what could be funny on stage. Even if you have never been on stage in your life, Kareem will carefully show you the do’s and don’ts to where you can finally have a funny stage act. Don’t hesitate, try the class!”
Margret Lesi
“This class was challenging and fun. You have to work to really find your own funny, but Coach Plug is very mentoring and always offers great insights. No pressure, just experience. I loved it!”
